Q: What's the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped; however, please note that a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee varies based on the order amount (the payment transaction fee + currency exchange fee).

Q: When will my order ship?

We ship the order in next 1-3 business days after receiving the payment.

Q: How long before I receive my order?

It will take about 7 to 12 business days, depending on your delivery address and the shipping method.

Q: Where can I request a return or exchange?

Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has been shipped. 

Our Refund Policy for paid purchase product lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you want to get a refund and return the product, please send a message as soon as possible after receiving the product to info@dicetrend.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Q: What currency does your store use?

USD, but you can also change it to your preferred currency.

Q: I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please email us your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged good for further assistance.

Q: How quickly can you answer my question(s)?
